First Class Delivery
For when you want your items faster than our normal, free delivery service . Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery with Royal Mail 1st Class
Order must be placed before 1pm for delivery the next working day (Monday to Friday) with Parcelforce.
For gift wrapped items, order must be placed before 12 noon for delivery the next working day.
Orders placed after these cut off times will be posted the following working day.
Some postcodes have an Express Delivery time of 2-3 days. Find out more below.

Special Delivery Item
These larger items will be posted direct from our supplier and will arrive separately to the rest of your order.
Unfortunately these items are excluded from Express Delivery and gift wrapping.

Please note that deliveries to Jersey, Guernsey & Gibraltar may be subject to delays due to custom checks. Please refer to local Customs Offices for details of any additional Customs fees that may be due on your order.

Once you have placed an order, we will start packing and gift wrapping as soon as the order arrives with us during the working day. We will confirm to you by email once this has been dispatched to you. Unfortunately online tracking is not available at this time for standard deliveries, but should you opt for our Express Delivery service then we will email you a unique tracking number for you to check the status of your delivery online.
For Special Delivery items, we will email to organise a day of delivery to suit you so you will be aware of when your package will arrive. Special Delivery items will arrive separately to the rest of your order.
We recommend that you keep all emails from Vintage Toys until your item arrives safely for your easy reference.

We want you to be able to receive your item when you need it. If you are in the UK and have chosen Express Delivery as your dispatch option then you will receive your parcel before 5.30pm the next working day (in most instances before 1pm).
Express Delivery will be sent on a "signed for" basis, so you will need to make sure that someone will be in to receive your parcel. If you are not in then the courier will leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery.
Your Express Delivery is available Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) so if you place an order at 11am on Wednesday then you will receive this on Thursday. If you order on a Friday then you should receive this before 5.30pm on Monday. Orders placed at the weekend will be posted on Monday for arrival on Tuesday.
We are unable to offer a next day service to the following postcodes due to their remote location, however we are pleased to be able to offer a 2 or 3 Day Express Service which is trackable online, unlike our standard delivery option. This applies to the following postcodes:
Express 48 hour delivery service:
GY1, GY9, HS2, PA61, PA62-75, PA78, ZE2-3
Express 36 hour delivery service:
KW16-17, PH30, PH41, PH42, PH43-44
Please note that we are unable to post Special Delivery items on Express delivery.
Sometimes you won’t be in when our courier attempts to deliver. If no one is home then a card will be posted through your letterbox advising where to collect or how to organise a redelivery.
For Express Deliveries a signature is required. If no one is one is home then a card will be posted through your letterbox advising where to collect or how to organise a redelivery.
Special Delivery Items: We will email you in advance to organise a delivery day to suit you. Please ensure that you are in for Special Delivery items as delivery for these larger items will only be attempted once as they are too large to be stored at the local sorting office.
Yes. We will ask you to confirm both your billing address and postal address. If you want your items delivered to a work address, just make sure you put that in the postal address section.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
If you have a question about delivery of a product which you have already ordered, please contact us. You can do this by replying to your order confirmation email ensuring your order number and contact details are provided.
On the rare occasions where external factors completely outside of our control delay a parcel despite our best endeavours, we ask for your patience and cooperation in these circumstances. Rest assured we will always do our best to get your presents to you on time.
