Please note that deliveries to Jersey, Guernsey & Gibraltar may be subject to delays due to custom checks. Please refer to local Customs Offices for details of any additional Customs fees that may be due on your order.

I'm based internationally. Can I buy online and send the gift directly to the recipient in the UK or EU?
Yes! If your country isn't showing as an option in our checkout process, simply send us an email to let us know - we can update this for you (usually the same day).
Simply add in your gift recipient's postal address in the delivery details section of the checkout process and we will do the rest.
Can I track my order?
Once you have placed an order, we will start packing or gift wrapping as soon as the order arrives with us during the working day. We will confirm to you by email once this has been dispatched. Unfortunately online tracking is not available at this time for standard deliveries.
For Special Delivery items, we will email to organise a day of delivery to suit you so you will be aware of when your package will arrive. Special Delivery items will arrive separately to the rest of your order.
We recommend that you keep all emails from us until your items arrive safely for your easy reference.

What if I'm not in when my order is delivered?
If no one is one is home then your postman will drop a card through your letterbox advising where to collect or how to organise a redelivery.
Special Delivery Items: We will email you in advance to organise a delivery day to suit you. Please ensure that you are in for Special Delivery items as delivery for these larger items will only be attempted once as they are too large to be stored at the local sorting office.
Do you deliver to work addresses?
Yes. We will ask you to confirm both your billing address and postal address. If you want your items delivered to a work address, just make sure you put that in the postal address section.
Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
